A strange catastrophe has fallen over the world of Dragon Ball. The powers and very souls of Earth's mightiest warriors have been sealed away, and eerie clones of both heroes and villains have begun appearing across the planet. Waking beside Bulma, Goku finds his strength drained and his fellow Z Fighters missing, only to discover that a human consciousness, the player, has become mysteriously linked to his body, lending him the power to fight on. Struggling against a growing hunger within her, Android 21 sets heroes and villains against one another, forcing bitter rivals into uneasy alliances. To restore the world, Goku and his companions must grow stronger and confront the mystery at its heart.
